Super Kings shock Delhi, win by four wickets (IPL Match 28: Chennai Vs Delhi)

Chennai Super Kings scored 15 runs from the last over to snatch a heart-stopping four-wicket victory over Delhi Daredevils in a thrilling Indian Premier League return leg match here on Thursday.

In a cliffhanger of a match which saw fortunes fluctuating from one side to the other, the MS Dhoni-led side was cruising along at 98 for two after 10 overs but slumped to 166 for six in the penultimate over to find themselves in a precarious position of scoring 15 from the last over off Shoaib Malik with the seventh wicket pair of S Badrinath and Manpreet Gony at the crease.

Gony held on to his nerves to hit a six and four from the first two legitimate balls before S Badrinath took a single from the last ball to stun more than 30,000 Kotla crowd.

Stephen Fleming top-scored with 44 while his opening partner S Vidyut scored 40 and Dhoni chipped in with a useful 33. Dhoni was adjudged Man of the Match.
